Please check the tracking code sent in your dispatch email and use https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ to check on the progress of your delivery.

Please note that shipping times listed are based on estimates from the postage company. We accept no responsibility for items that take longer than expected to arrive. Once we have posted items this is out of our hands. Shipping times do not include customs delays but are time to arrive in the country.

We post items to the exact address input during the order process. Please check input information carefully. Any returned items, will incur extra postage fees for re-posting and postage costs will not be refunded

What happens if I don't collect my item in time after delivery was attempted and it gets returned to the sender?

If you are out when delivery is attempted , they will take it to the local sorting office where you can collect or re-arrange delivery.
They only hold parcels for 1-2 weeks before returning to the sender.
If a personalised item gets returned, the buyer will be responsilble for paying return P&P costs. No refund can be given for this reason on a personalised item.
It can take Royal Mail upto 1 month to return parcels within UK and 2 months overseas.

My order never arrived

If you are concerned about your order not arriving before contacting us please check the tracking information provided with your dispatch email. If you still have questions then please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

A full refund or a replacement will be offered ONLY WHEN:
For UK domestic orders 15 working days have passed post dispatch
For International orders 30 working days have passed post dispatch
These are the time frames after which post can be officially classed as lost and we can then make a claim. Until this time the items may still arrive.
